I find it amazing that so many clinics, especially pain clinics are ignoring the requirements of having pain agreements and Material Risk Notices with their patients. I just reviewed another patient’s medical records that have none.
None from her Primary Care Provider who prescribed for months, and none from her pain clinic in Eugene who has been prescribing opiates for almost two years. Multiple drug tests that she passed but only by doing repeated lab confirmations. Their point-of-care tests are repeatedly incorrect. Maybe it’s time to find another vendor!
