Quell Customers to Receive $3.9 Milliion in Refunds

This is my response to that article:
Just goes to show you that even a lying fraudulent advertising scheme to rip off chronic pain patients WILL MAKE YOU MILLIONS!!! If you go by the amounts of refunds noted in the article, you get 70,000+ purchasers who are getting refunds of $55+ for the nearly $3.9 million dollars. But do the adjusted math on what was NOT REFUNDED, or basically the PROFITS that the liars and frauds got to keep: At the $199 price minus the $55 refund, 70,000 purchasers means they still kept over $10,000,000!!! And if more people purchased it at the $299 price, then that’s potentially up to another $7,000,000!!! And these numbers do NOT EVEN BOTHER TO COUNT THE NUMBER OF OTHER PURCHASERS WHO DID NOT GET ANY REFUND!!! Makes you wonder who got paid off at the FTC or the DOJ and other organizations to let the company get away with such a cheap fine . . . and also why no one ever gets any jail time for the obvious crimes they knowingly committed . . . while some doctors get life-time jail sentences for prescribing for patients.
