Pharmacy employee abusing drugs?

Reports have come to my office that a pharmacy employee at a local big chain pharmacy passed out during their work shift.

Turns out they have been abusing drugs . . . probably for quite some time.

Nobody probably ever tests their pharmacy employees who have easy access to all sorts of drugs.

They can pocket a few here and there after pill counts.

They can remove a few from the bottle when it is being returned to the stock after not being picked up by a patient.

Usually drug abusing employees move from one pharmacy to another without any disciplinary action being taken because the pharmacy does not want to go through the complaint and investigation process of the Oregon Board of Pharmacy, so they continue to get away with it.
