Samaritan Hospital system can’t keep track of their own records?

Patient had EKG testing done last year at Samaritan Lebanon Hospital. This year I ordered another EKG to monitor their condition and specifically wrote on the order form to compare it to last year’s EKG (something that is commonly done). I even specifically wrote on the order form that the last EKG was done at Samaritan Lebanon Hospital.

Guess what? The new EKG report comes in with NO comparison done.

Their fax sheet cover form does not have any fax number on it identifying which department it came from and the phone number listed on the form is disconnected!

Way to go Samaritan! Just goes to show that service is not important to them, just billing and getting the money for the service is what it is all about!
