The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) specifies certain requirements that are to be on all faxed documents.
Home Town Drugs doesn’t seem to care about those federal rules when faxing pharmaceutical records around the state and beyond. For years their fax form has failed to show any proper type of identification of their business or phone or fax number. Here’s what they choose to show on their header: “Hey You >> Unknown“
